Happy Sunday,
This one's packed. I've got a ChatGPT prompt that does a full professional color analysis on you and I tried it on myself (more on that in a second). I'm also showing you how to connect ChatGPT directly to your Meta ads account so it can analyze your campaigns, find what's not working, and actually fix it for you. I'm doing a full breakdown on Claude skills because I think most people either don't know what they are or aren't using them right... and I'm walking you through exactly how to create your own in about 30 seconds. I'm sharing my three favorite skills right now, and the best ChatGPT use case I've ever found that I still use every single week at the grocery store.
Let's get into it.

🧹 TRY THIS
ChatGPT Can Do a Full Color Analysis on You
People literally pay hundreds of dollars to have someone tell them what colors look good on them. Turns out ChatGPT can do the whole thing in about 30 seconds and the results are actually really good. It figures out your undertone, your contrast level, your exact color season from the 12-season system, and then builds you a full palette with your power colors, best neutrals, accent colors, and even the colors you should avoid because they wash you out. It'll also tell you gold or silver for jewelry, what hair colors would work, and how to put outfits together based on your palette.
Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Take a selfie of yourself in natural lighting.
Step 2: Upload it into ChatGPT and paste in this prompt:
|
Create a personal color analysis based on my uploaded photo. Work out my undertone (warm, cool, or neutral), contrast level, and color season using the 12-season system. Show my best color palette as labeled swatch cards including power colors, best neutrals, and accent colors. Show an avoid palette of colors that wash me out. Include which metals suit me (gold or silver), hair color suggestions, and makeup tones if relevant. Finish with styling guidance for outfits, which colors to wear near my face, and what to wear in photos. Design everything as a warm, minimal, high-end editorial layout. Keep it honest and direct.
|
Step 3: ChatGPT is now gonna build you an entire color report with swatch cards, styling tips, and everything laid out like a professional consultation.
I tried this on myself and it told me I should be wearing a white shirt in every single one of my videos. Just kidding. But it does give some really solid advice on what colors actually work for you and what to stay away from. Go send this to everyone you know.

Connect ChatGPT Directly to Your Meta Ads
Meta just made it possible to connect your entire ads account directly to ChatGPT. And I don't mean asking ChatGPT to write you some ad copy. I mean it can pull your live campaign data, analyze what's actually performing, find what's broken, and go fix it inside your account. If you're running any kind of paid ads right now this is something you need to set up today.
Here's how to set it up:
Step 1: Google "Meta Ads MCP" and click the first link. Scroll down until you see the setup link and copy it.
Step 2: Open ChatGPT, click Apps on the left sidebar, then the gear icon. Scroll to Advanced Settings, make sure Developer Mode is on, and click Create App. Name it "Meta Ads" and paste in the link.
Step 3: Go back to ChatGPT, tag @Meta Ads and say "analyze all my current ads and give me the three things I'm not spotting." It's gonna pull your live data, find exactly what's underperforming, and give you a full breakdown. You can then literally just say "please fix this" and it goes into your account and makes the changes for you.
By the way, this is the exact same process for connecting Higgsfield and other MCPs I've talked about to ChatGPT. The Apps section is basically where you plug in any external tool and let ChatGPT control it. If you're running ads and you're not using this... I don't know what to tell you.

🔬 AI PRO TIP
You're Probably Not Using Claude Skills Yet
If you're using Claude (which I hope most of you are at this point) you've probably heard of something called skills. And you may or may not know how to actually use them. But you will in the next 60 seconds.
So this is one of the things that sets Claude apart from every other AI model right now. Anthropic built skills as a way for you to basically give Claude a set of instructions once and have it follow those instructions every single time going forward. Think of it like this. If you hired someone new and on day one you handed them a manual that said "this is exactly how I want you to write emails, this is how I want proposals formatted, this is how I want you to respond to clients"... that's what a skill is. It's like an SOP that lives inside Claude. You teach it once and it just does it that way forever. No more repeating yourself in every conversation.
And here's the part that I think most people are sleeping on. You can create your own skills from conversations you've already had. I know most of you have that one chat in Claude that you keep going back to because Claude already figured out exactly how you like things done. You've been doing the same process in that chat over and over. So try this for me right now.
Step 1: Go to that chat. Type /skill-creator and say "turn this chat and everything we've been doing into a skill."
Step 2: Claude is gonna document the entire process, everything you've been doing in that conversation, and save it as a reusable skill.
Step 3: Open a brand new chat (so you're not burning tokens on a long conversation that's starting to degrade) and type / then select the skill you just created. Claude is gonna follow that exact process you've been doing, from scratch, perfectly, without you explaining anything again.
I'm telling you, once you do this once you're never going back. This is the kind of thing that turns Claude from a chatbot you talk to into a tool that actually runs parts of your business for you.

🌟 TOOL OF THE WEEK
My Top 3 Claude Skills Right Now
So now that we've covered what skills are and how to make your own, here are the three I have installed that I pull on all the time. A lot of skills are public, meaning people create skills for different processes and they actually share them so anyone can copy and install them. These are my favorites right now and I think everyone using Claude should have these.
1. Blader Humanizer
If you write anything with AI, you need this. It takes whatever Claude writes and strips out all the robot language. The "delve into" and "it's important to note" and "furthermore" stuff that immediately tells everyone it was written by AI. I use this on literally everything I write now. Emails, posts, scripts, all of it. The difference in how the writing sounds is insane.
2. UI/UX Pro Max
If you're building anything... a website, an app, a landing page... this skill turns Claude into a legit senior designer. It knows spacing, typography, color theory, all the stuff that makes the difference between "my developer friend built this" and "a real design team built this." I've been using this for a few weeks now and I'm genuinely shocked at how much better the output looks.
3. Marketing Skills by Corey Haines
This one's for anyone doing any kind of marketing. It gives Claude this whole marketing brain... copywriting, positioning, ad strategy, email sequences. Corey put a ton of work into this and it's honestly one of the most impressive public skills I've come across. If you run a business and you're using Claude for marketing stuff, just go install this right now. Thank me later.

💡 HONEST TAKE
The Best ChatGPT Use Case I Still Use Every Week
I talked about this months ago but it's still something I do every single time I go grocery shopping and it makes a huge difference. So basically I have a project set up inside ChatGPT that actually knows my health profile. I've uploaded my blood work, food sensitivity test results, a DNA analysis, and a few other tests I've had done over the years as files into the project. And in the project instructions I have a prompt that tells ChatGPT exactly what to do every time I upload a photo.
So now whenever I'm at the store and I find something I want to buy, I just take a photo of the ingredient list on the back and drop it into the project. ChatGPT reads every ingredient, cross-checks it against all my blood work and health data, and tells me exactly what's in it in plain English. It flags anything that conflicts with my test results or sensitivities and even suggests what to buy instead. It's like having a nutritionist standing next to me in the aisle who actually knows my body.
If you want to set this up yourself it takes like five minutes. Just start a new project in ChatGPT, upload whatever tests or health data you have as files in the project, and copy this prompt into the instructions:
|
You have access to my complete health profile including blood work, food sensitivity tests, and DNA analysis. Every time I upload a photo of a nutritional label or ingredient list, cross-check every ingredient against all my health data and tell me if this product is safe and healthy for me to consume. Flag anything that conflicts with my test results or sensitivities. List all the ingredients in plain English, explain what each one is, and suggest a better alternative if the product isn't a good fit. Keep it simple and direct.
|
And you don't need all the tests I have to make this work. Even if you just upload your last blood work panel and a list of foods you know don't sit well with you, it's still going to be way more useful than any of those generic ingredient scanner apps that give everyone the same answers. Those apps have no idea who you are. This one does. Once you have it set up you're going to use it every single time you're at the grocery store. I promise.
Go try the /skill-creator thing in Claude right now and set up that health project in ChatGPT. Those two things alone are going to change how you use AI this week.
See you Wednesday.
