- Ten complete prompts you can copy and use
Start Here: What Each Plugin Does
The plan · 4 steps
- 1Paste the setup prompt into ChatGPT.
- 2Install the four plugins and finish any account connections.
- 3Pick one project and give ChatGPT the right starting material.
- 4Use the prompts in this guide to get a result you can actually use.
Before you start
Tool
ChatGPT with access to Plugins. Use the desktop app for Remotion's local video projects.
Accounts
Firecrawl, Indeed and Higgsfield may ask you to sign in or connect an account. A ChatGPT subscription doesn't cover every service's usage.
Bring
A website URL, a short video, a resume or a reference photo. You only need the one for your first project.
You don't need to become an expert in four new tools. Tell ChatGPT what you want, give it the right files or links, and let the plugin handle the part it was built for.
| Plugin | Use it for | Good first result |
|---|---|---|
| Firecrawl | Reading websites and extracting useful information | A competitor comparison with source links |
| Remotion | Building and editing videos with captions and animation | A captioned vertical clip from your footage |
| Indeed Job Search | Finding jobs that fit your experience | A shortlist of relevant jobs and application links |
| Higgsfield | Generating images and video from text or a reference photo | A new image, then a short animated version |
Start with the result you want
Doing research? Start with Firecrawl. Have footage to edit? Start with Remotion. Looking for a job? Start with Indeed. Want to make something visual? Start with Higgsfield.
The next page has the prompt promised in the video. It helps you work through setup for all four. You'll still handle the install buttons, sign-ins and permission screens that ChatGPT shows you.
Maverick's tip
Finish one small project before giving a plugin a huge task. You'll learn much more from one useful result than from installing a pile of tools you never use.
Copy This First: Set Up All Four
Paste this into a new ChatGPT chat. Follow the setup cards or directions it gives you. If you prefer to do it yourself, the next page shows the exact install path.
The all-in-one setup prompt
Help me set up these four plugins in ChatGPT's directory: Firecrawl, Remotion, Indeed Job Search and Higgsfield. Find the matching directory listings and show me the available install or connection options. Walk me through any steps I need to complete myself, one plugin at a time. Use the actual controls available in my version of ChatGPT. Don't ask me to paste passwords or API keys into this chat. Check whether each plugin is available to this chat, installed, waiting for an account connection, or needs a different app or workspace. For Remotion, help me use the ChatGPT desktop app and a local video project if needed. Don't call something ready just because you found its listing. Give me a simple table showing each plugin, its current status and the next step. Don't start paid generations, large website crawls or job applications during setup. Once setup is finished, ask which result I want first: website research, an edited video, a job shortlist, or an AI image or video. Ask only for the links, files and details needed for that project, then help me complete it.
What should happen next
ChatGPT should help you find the plugins, explain any account connection you need, and show what is ready. You may need to start a fresh chat after installing before it can use a new plugin.
If it only describes the tools, use the manual steps on the next page. The prompt is your setup helper. It doesn't replace your account sign-ins or guarantee every plugin is available on every plan or device.
Install the Plugins
Open ChatGPT's plugin directory. On a computer, the install path is:
- Choose Plugins in the left sidebar. This opens the plugin directory.
- Click Search plugins near the top of the main page. Search one name at a time: Firecrawl, Remotion, Indeed or Higgsfield.
- Open the matching plugin card. For Indeed, the listing is called Indeed Job Search. For Remotion, choose the listing by Remotion. Firecrawl's listing shows SideGuide Technologies, Inc. as the developer.
- Click Install plugin at the upper right of the plugin's detail page, beside its name. Follow any connection or sign-in steps that appear. If it's already installed, you may see an open or manage option instead.
- Repeat for the other plugins, then start a new chat. Name the plugin in your request, like "Use Firecrawl to research this website."
A couple of setup details
| Plugin | What to have ready |
|---|---|
| Firecrawl | A Firecrawl account and enough credits for the work you request |
| Remotion | The ChatGPT desktop app and a local project with access to your video files |
| Indeed Job Search | An Indeed account, ideally with an up-to-date resume and job preferences |
| Higgsfield | A connected Higgsfield account and credits for the generation you choose |
For Remotion on desktop
Remotion's official setup guide uses a new project in the ChatGPT desktop app. Enter $remotion in the project chat and accept the plugin suggestion. Ask ChatGPT to handle the project setup, then give that project access to the footage you want to edit.

Maverick's tip
If a plugin doesn't appear, check the directory in your own account. Availability can differ. Ask ChatGPT for the missing setup step instead of assuming the plugin is connected.
Firecrawl for Website Research
Give Firecrawl a website and a specific question. It can pull useful information out of accessible pages, then ChatGPT can turn it into a comparison, a brief or a spreadsheet.
Understand a brand or competitor
Replace the brackets with a real URL. Start with a few pages so you can check the result before expanding the research.
Use Firecrawl to research [WEBSITE URL]. Start with the homepage, about page, main product or service page, pricing page and one useful customer story, up to five pages total. Create a brand brief with: target customer, main offer, positioning, recurring phrases, tone of voice, proof points, calls to action and visible pricing. Include source URLs for each finding. Separate what the site explicitly says from your interpretation. If colors or fonts can't be verified from the available material, say so instead of guessing. Finish with five useful lessons for my business: [WHAT MY BUSINESS DOES]. Suggest original ways to apply those lessons without copying the other brand's wording.
Turn the research into a comparison
Use this in the same chat. You can replace the fields with whatever matters for your project.
Use Firecrawl to compare these competitors: [URL 1], [URL 2] and [URL 3]. Read up to five relevant pages per site. Make a table with company, target customer, main offer, listed price, strongest proof point, primary call to action and source URLs. Mark missing prices as "not listed." Keep facts separate from your recommendations. Give me a downloadable CSV and a short summary of three opportunities for my business.
Check the result
Open a few of the source links. Make sure the price, product and claims came from the page cited. A page behind a login or a blocked site may need another route. Ask it to list anything it couldn't access.
Maverick's tip
"Pull these six fields from these three websites" is a much better task than "scrape the entire internet for my business."
Remotion for Video Editing
Remotion lets ChatGPT build an editable video project with your footage, text, captions and animation. Start with a short clip and a clear brief. Give it access to the actual file, not just the video's filename.
Make your first captioned clip
Use this inside the Remotion project you set up. Replace the brackets and provide the footage.
Use Remotion to turn my supplied video into a [30-60 SECOND] vertical edit for [INSTAGRAM REELS / TIKTOK / SHORTS]. Confirm you can access the actual video before starting. Use a 1080 x 1920 frame. Remove long pauses and obvious false starts while keeping my meaning and natural delivery. Create accurate captions from the audio or transcript, with short readable lines and room for the platform's interface. Add a clean opening title: [TITLE]. Use subtle callouts on the most useful points. Don't add music unless I supply or approve it. Handle the project setup. Tell me if a needed file or transcription step is missing. Deliver the editable Remotion project and a rendered MP4. Check the framing, caption timing, audio and final frame before handing it over.
Make the second version better
Watch the first render. Give concrete timestamps and changes instead of asking it to "make it more viral."
Revise the Remotion video with these changes: [TIMESTAMPS AND CHANGES]. Keep the rest of the edit intact. Make captions easier to read, correct these transcription errors: [ERRORS], and keep my face and important visuals clear of the text. Render a new MP4 as version 2 and keep the original so I can compare them.
What to review before posting
Play the whole MP4 with sound. Check names, captions, cuts, the first frame and the ending. Open it on your phone to make sure the text is actually readable. An editable project gives you a way to keep improving the result.
Maverick's tip
For a first attempt, use one short clip with clear speech. Get that working before handing over a folder of footage and asking for a full production.
Indeed for a Better Job Shortlist
Connect Indeed Job Search and make sure your profile is current. You can also provide a resume and describe the role you want. The useful goal is a shortlist of jobs you actually fit, with the information you need to choose where to apply.
Find jobs worth your time
Use Indeed Job Search and my resume or connected profile to find up to 10 current jobs that fit my experience. I'm looking for [ROLE] in [LOCATION / REMOTE REGION], with [SALARY RANGE], [SENIORITY] and these must-haves: [REQUIREMENTS]. Ask me for any essential missing details before searching. Rank the results by fit. For each, show the role, company, location, remote policy if stated, listed salary if available, application link, why I match and any meaningful gaps. Don't invent salary ranges, qualifications or open positions. Explain which three I should review first and why.
Prepare a stronger application
Choose a listing from the shortlist, then use this follow-up in the same chat.
Help me prepare an application for [JOB LINK]. Compare the job description with my actual resume. Suggest specific resume edits and draft a short tailored cover letter if it would help. Only use experience, skills and results I really have. Flag anything you need me to confirm. Give me the application link and a checklist of what I need to submit. Keep everything as drafts for me to review.
Where you actually apply
Indeed's ChatGPT app helps you discover roles and understand employers. Follow the job's application link to Indeed to review and apply. It doesn't offer direct applications from ChatGPT or a guaranteed hundreds-of-applications-per-hour workflow.
Track company, role, link, date applied and next step in a simple sheet. Fewer relevant applications with accurate materials are more useful than a huge pile you haven't reviewed.
Maverick's tip
Before providing a resume, remove details the task doesn't need, such as your full street address. Keep the experience and qualifications that help it find suitable roles.
Higgsfield for Images and Video
Connect your Higgsfield account, then provide a photo you own or have permission to use. Tell ChatGPT what to keep and what to change. A reference photo gives it a much clearer starting point than a vague description.
Turn one photo into a new image
Use Higgsfield with my attached photo. I want a [PORTRAIT / PRODUCT IMAGE / SOCIAL POST] in a [DESCRIBE THE LOOK] style for [PURPOSE]. Keep [FACE / PRODUCT / LOGO / OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS] consistent with the reference. Use a [9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9] composition. First suggest three distinct concepts with the setting, lighting and composition. Let me choose one. Before generating, show the selected model, image count and expected credit cost if available. If the cost isn't available, say so and ask before starting. Generate one image after I approve the concept and cost. Give me the result and the final prompt used.
Turn your image into a short video
Once you're happy with the image, use it as the reference for the next prompt.
Use Higgsfield to animate this image into a 5-second vertical video. Keep the main subject consistent. Add a slow camera push-in, subtle natural movement and [ONE SPECIFIC ACTION]. Keep the background calm and don't add text or extra subjects. Recommend a suitable image-to-video model and show the duration, resolution and expected credit cost if available. Ask before generating. Start with one draft. Return the video and the prompt/settings used so we can make a targeted revision if needed.
Keep the first generation small
Higgsfield generations through ChatGPT use your Higgsfield credits. A website Unlimited plan doesn't make plugin generations unlimited. Start with one image or a short draft clip, then spend more on the version you want to keep.
Maverick's tip
For more consistent results, change one thing at a time. "Keep the subject and lighting, but use a closer camera angle" gives it a much clearer revision than "try again."
Put Them to Work on One Real Project
You don't have to use all four plugins in every task. Pick the tools that move your project forward.
Example: Make a short video for your business
Research with Firecrawl. Read your own website and a few competitor pages. Pull out your offer, audience and strongest proof points.
Create a visual with Higgsfield. Use your product photo to make one image or a short scene that fits the brief. Approve the concept before generating.
Assemble with Remotion. Combine your footage, approved visual, captions and call to action in an editable video. Render an MP4 and review it.
Use Indeed when the project is your job search. Start with a shortlist, then prepare accurate materials for the roles you choose.
Let ChatGPT pick the next useful step
I have Firecrawl, Remotion, Indeed Job Search and Higgsfield available where supported. My goal is [ONE SPECIFIC RESULT]. I already have [FILES, LINKS OR OTHER MATERIAL]. Choose only the plugins this task actually needs. Give me a short plan and ask for the missing input that matters most. Then work through the project with me, using the real files and sources. Ask before any paid generation or external submission. Finish with the usable deliverable and a short checklist of what I should review.
Save what worked
Keep the final prompt with the output. For videos, save the editable project as well as the MP4. For research, save the source links. For job searches, save the application links and the version of your resume you used.
Next time, you can give ChatGPT the same starting point and ask for a specific improvement.
Common Mistakes and Easy Fixes
| If this happens | Do this |
|---|---|
| ChatGPT says a plugin exists but can't use it | Finish installing and connecting it, then try a new chat. Ask what setup is still missing. |
| You can't find Indeed | Search Indeed and choose Indeed Job Search by Indeed Inc. |
| Remotion can't see your footage | Use its desktop project and give access to the actual video file. A filename or inaccessible cloud link isn't enough. |
| Firecrawl gives a vague summary | Name the pages, fields and output format you want. Ask for source URLs. |
| A site can't be read | Ask which pages failed. Provide accessible pages or text you have permission to share. |
| The edit looks polished but the captions are wrong | Review the MP4, list the errors and timestamps, then ask for a new version. |
| The job results are too broad | Add seniority, location, salary needs and must-have requirements. Rank by fit. |
| The AI image keeps changing your subject | Use a clearer reference and specify exactly what must stay consistent. |
| Generations are using credits too quickly | Request one draft, review the cost first and change one thing per revision. |
What "ready" should mean
A plugin appearing in the directory is the beginning. It is ready for your task when ChatGPT can use it in the current chat or project, the needed account is connected, and it can access the files or links you supplied.
Give feedback on the output
"Change the caption at 00:12" or "only show remote roles in my country" is actionable. "Make it better" leaves ChatGPT guessing what you mean.

The install path
Plugins in the left sidebar > Search plugins near the top > open the plugin card > Install plugin at the upper right. Complete any connection steps, then start a new chat and name the tool you want to use.
The input that makes the difference
Give it a goal, the starting material and the output format. Add your important constraints, then review the result before you post, submit or spend more.
DO THIS TODAY: Paste Prompt 1 into ChatGPT and work through the setup. Then pick one: research a website, caption a short clip, find five relevant jobs or create one image. Get one useful result and save the prompt with it.
