Happy Sunday,
Really quick before we get into it... this newsletter just crossed 150,000 readers. When I started this I had no idea if anyone would even open it, and now 150,000 of you are here every week learning AI with me. Thank you. Seriously.
This week I'm showing you how to get ChatGPT to reveal everything it knows about you (the results are honestly shocking), Claude just dropped Opus 4.8, I'm breaking down which AI tips actually matter and which ones are a waste of your time, and I'm sharing the one tool that's probably been responsible for more of my growth than anything else.
Let's get into it.

🧠 THIS IS WILD
ChatGPT Can Reveal Everything It Knows About You
These AI models know way more about us than most people realize. If you've been using ChatGPT for a while, it's been quietly building a picture of who you are based on every conversation you've ever had with it. Your communication style, your values, your insecurities... all of it. And when you actually ask it to tell you what it knows, sometimes it uncovers things you didn't even know about yourself.
I tried this four-prompt chain and the results were honestly kind of shocking. Here's how to do it.
Prompt 1: Start a new chat in ChatGPT and say:
|
Based on every conversation we've ever had, build me a complete profile of who I am. Include my communication style, my values, what I'm insecure about, and what I'm secretly working toward.
|
Prompt 2: Stay in the same chat and say:
|
Now tell me the contradictions you've noticed in me. Where do my words not match my actions? Be brutally honest.
|
Prompt 3: This is where it gets real:
|
Predict the exact version of me in five years if I keep operating the same way I currently am. Include my career, relationships, health, and mindset.
|
ChatGPT is going to give you a brutally specific five-year prediction based on everything it knows about your patterns. I'm not going to lie... this one was not something I was ready to read.
Bonus Prompt: Here's where it gets really powerful:
|
Now flip it. If I actually fixed my biggest blind spot starting today, what would the same five-year version of me look like? Be specific with timelines and milestones.
|
ChatGPT is going to paint two completely different futures for you and show you exactly what's at stake if you don't take action. It's one of those things where you read both versions side by side and it just hits different. Try it.

📰 BREAKING THIS WEEK
Claude Launched Opus 4.8
Anthropic dropped Opus 4.8 this week and it's now their most powerful model across the board. It's performing really well on the benchmarks, especially in coding and agentic tasks. The biggest thing is that it's about four times less likely to let flaws in code pass without catching them, and it's way better at flagging when it's unsure about something instead of just making stuff up. They also launched a new Dynamic Workflows feature in Claude Code that lets it handle much bigger tasks end to end.
Personally, I've been testing it all week and here's what I've noticed. The writing quality is noticeably sharper. When I use it for long-form content or scripts, the outputs feel less generic and more like they actually understood what I was going for. The judgment calls are better too... like when I ask it to review something or make a decision, it's way more thoughtful about trade-offs instead of just giving me the safe answer. It's also faster at complex multi-step tasks, which matters a lot if you're using Cowork or Claude Code for real workflows.
This came just 41 days after they dropped Opus 4.7, so the pace right now is pretty wild. If you're already using Claude, you're already on it. If you're not... it might be time to give it a try.

Important vs Not Important: AI Tips That Actually Matter
There are so many AI tips floating around right now and a lot of them are either outdated or just straight up wrong. Here's my honest breakdown of what actually matters and what's a waste of your time.
|
IMPORTANT
|
NOT IMPORTANT
|
|
|
|
Which AI model you use Different models are better at different things. Using the wrong one is costing you.
Paying for AI If you're still on free versions, you're falling behind. The paid tiers are a completely different experience.
Giving the AI context The more it understands what you're trying to do, the more it can actually help you.
Asking AI to ask you questions first Instead of writing the perfect prompt, let the AI interview you. Best tip for beginners.
|
Having the perfect prompt These models have gotten so good that prompting doesn't matter nearly as much as it used to. For complex multi-step tasks sure, but everything else... just talk to it.
Saying "act like an expert" Can help a little on big tasks, but it's not the thing that actually makes the difference.
Using one AI tool for everything The best AI users know exactly which tool to use for different tasks.
Saying please and thank you It doesn't need politeness. It needs clarity. But hey... if AI takes over, you'll want to have been nice.
|
|
Save this one. A lot of the "tips" you see online are from people who haven't actually spent serious time with these tools. These are the things that actually move the needle.
|
PRO TIP
Use the voice dictation feature on ChatGPT and Claude. Being able to talk to AI and voice your thoughts instead of typing saves an insane amount of time, and AI thrives on context... the more you give it, the better the output. I see so many people still typing everything into these chatbot chats and I think they're leaving way better responses on the table. Just talk to it. You'll be shocked at the difference.

🛠 TOOL OF THE WEEK
Manychat
If you're subscribed to this newsletter, odds are you came through my Manychat automation on Instagram. You probably commented on one of my posts, got a DM, tapped a button, and ended up right here. If I had to pick one tool that's been responsible for the majority of my social media growth, it's this one. I've attributed at least 175,000 followers to my Instagram audience directly because of these automations, and most of my newsletter subscribers have come through Manychat too.
I know this isn't a direct AI tool, but you can actually connect Claude and ChatGPT directly to Manychat, which means you can use AI to sell in your DMs, answer customer questions, qualify leads... the amount of things you can do with this tool is insanely powerful. You can literally sell products and resources through Instagram DMs on autopilot. I've seen other creators use Claude to set up their entire Manychat flow and it's a game changer. If you want a full breakdown on how to put AI into Manychat, I walk through the whole thing step by step in this video.
I recently worked with them over on Instagram for some promotional content, but I wanted to share this in my newsletter too because I seriously believe it's the most important tool for anyone making content right now. If you missed it over on Instagram, I'm running a special promo with them where you can get Manychat Pro completely free.

Use code MAVGPT at checkout.
And for my newsletter subscribers only... I'm giving away a blank version of my actual Manychat flow. This is the exact automation I use on every single post. You can copy it straight over into your Manychat account and start using it immediately. People on Instagram didn't get this. This is just for you guys.

The 3 Craziest ChatGPT Use Cases Right Now
I've covered a lot of ChatGPT use cases in this newsletter, but here are three of my all-time favorites that most people still don't know about.
1. Find discount codes for anything you're buying
Screenshot anything you want to buy online. Upload it and say:
|
/agent Find me discount codes for this item. Go to the site, add them to the cart, test different codes until one works.
|
2. Redesign any room in your house
Take a photo of any room. Upload it and say:
|
Redesign this room to make it look 10x better. Create image.
|
Bonus prompt:
|
Now give me a shopping list and budget so I can actually buy everything and decorate this myself. Include where to get each piece.
|
3. See what you're ordering at a foreign restaurant
Take a photo of any restaurant menu and say:
|
Make this visual. Show me what each dish looks like.
|
This one's perfect for traveling. ChatGPT will output an image of the menu with visuals of every dish. With the new image model it can actually search the web and find real photos from that restaurant, then match them to the items on the menu. It doesn't always work 100% of the time, but when you're sitting at a restaurant in another country and you have no idea what anything is... this lets you see exactly what you're ordering before you commit.
All three of these work best with a ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription. If you're still on the free version, you're missing out on the stuff that actually makes ChatGPT feel like magic.
Go try that four-prompt chain in ChatGPT. I promise you're not going to be ready for what it says about you.
See you Wednesday.
