Happy Sunday.
This one's short and fun. I saw a story this week that I can't stop thinking about, I've got two prompts you need to try today, I found a tool that every business owner needs to know about, and I dropped a video about some Claude codes that a lot of you have been asking me about.
Let's get into it.

🏠 THIS WEEK'S RABBIT HOLE
This Guy Let ChatGPT Sell His House
I can't make this up.
Someone let ChatGPT handle selling their house. The real estate agents said the home was worth somewhere around $800K. ChatGPT came in, analyzed the market, wrote the listing, priced the home, and helped close the deal for almost a million dollars. That's $100,000 more than the professionals estimated. And it closed in five days.
Five. Days.
Now look. I'm not saying fire your real estate agent. There's obviously a lot more to selling a house than pricing it. But the fact that an AI model was able to out-price every agent who looked at the property is kind of insane. A year ago we were using ChatGPT to write emails. Now it's closing real estate deals.
This is one of those stories that makes me think we're really only scratching the surface of what these tools can do. Most people are still using ChatGPT to summarize articles. Meanwhile this guy's out here making six figures with it.

⚡ PROMPTS TO TRY TODAY
Two That Hit Different This Week
Both of these went viral this week and honestly, they deserve it. Fair warning though... the first one might hurt a little.
1. The Brutal Truth Prompt
This one's been blowing up and I totally understand why. If you've been having conversations with ChatGPT for a while, it actually knows a lot about you. Your goals, your habits, the stuff you keep talking about but never follow through on. This prompt makes it tell you the truth about all of it.
|
Based on everything you know about me from our conversations, tell me 10 brutal truths about myself that I probably don't want to hear. Be completely honest, don't sugarcoat anything, and tell me exactly what's holding me back.
|
When I ran this, it took me a while to process what came back. It called out stuff I knew deep down but never wanted to admit. The trick is that this only works if you've actually been using ChatGPT and having real conversations with it. The more it knows about you, the harder it hits.
Then follow it up with this in the same chat:
|
Now tell me exactly what I need to do in the next 30 days with a step-by-step plan to fix all the things you just told me.
|
And just like that, ChatGPT becomes your personal therapist and life coach in one. Try it. It's a Sunday kind of prompt.
2. What Happens When You Ask ChatGPT to Make You Money
I tried this four-prompt sequence that's been going around and I was genuinely impressed by what came back. You run all four in the same chat. Each one builds on the last. By the end, ChatGPT has figured out your fastest path to income, found you a real person to model, built you a full 90-day action plan under $1,000, and then starts coaching you through the thing that's actually holding you back.
Here are all four. Run them in order and don't skip any.
|
Prompt 1
Based on everything you know about me, what is the fastest way for me to hit [your income goal]? Limit it to one offer and one channel only.
|
|
Prompt 2
Who is the single most successful person I should be learning from in order to make this happen? Give me one name.
|
|
Prompt 3
Pretend you are that person. Create me a 90-day action plan that needs less than $1,000 up front and gets me my first paying customer as soon as possible.
|
|
Prompt 4
Act as my entrepreneur coach. Ask me questions one at a time until you find one thing that is holding me back. Then reframe it and give me a two-week action plan to prove it works.
|
The reason this works so well is because each prompt feeds the next one. By the time you hit prompt four, ChatGPT knows your goal, your strengths, your model, and your plan. So when it starts coaching you, it's not generic advice. It's tailored to exactly where you are and what you're trying to do.

🛠 TOOL OF THE WEEK
Cytd.ai
So you know how businesses are always trying to rank at the top of Google? That's SEO. Everyone's been doing it for years.
The reality is that's changing. All the buzz right now is about being ranked inside AI tools. Over a billion people use ChatGPT every week, and when they ask it "what's the best [whatever your business does]," you either show up or you don't.
This is basically SEO in the year 2000. (I wasn't even born yet, but I've heard it was pretty crazy for the people who got in early.)
I've been hearing about this tool called Cytd.ai that basically teaches AI models about your business. It publishes authority signals across the web like blogs, Reddit posts, and content about your brand so that when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Claude for a recommendation, your business is the one that comes up. Studies are showing that one visitor from ChatGPT converts at 5 to 10x the rate of a traditional Google search because people asking AI for recommendations already know what they want and they trust the answer. If you're a small business owner or know one, worth looking into.
