Most jobs and schools are now running work through AI detectors and questioning people about their AI usage. People are getting fired and expelled over it. I personally think AI should be used as a tool to help you work smarter and I think companies and schools will eventually realize this... but we're not quite there yet. So in the meantime your writing just needs to sound like you actually wrote it so you don't get flagged.

Here's a quick prompt chain that I run with the skill included so all of your writing sounds more human.

Step 1: Open Claude and start a new chat. Tell it:

Step 2: Stay in the same chat and say:

Claude is then going to stop using every obvious tell like em dashes, filler phrases, and that robotic tone that makes AI writing so easy to spot.

Step 3: Here's the trick. Stay in the same chat and type this:

Claude's Fable 5 Is Back in Action

A few weeks ago Anthropic launched the most powerful AI model on the entire planet called Fable 5. Two days later the US government restricted it and said it was too dangerous for public use. It's been locked down for the last three weeks... but as of today it's finally back. Anthropic just redeployed it globally with strict guardrails in place and they're now working directly with the government to build a framework for how models like this should be handled going forward.

Honestly this is the right move. I do believe we should have open access to these models as long as there's some sort of security in place. Restricting them also delays the US while other countries are racing to catch up, so it's good to see this one back through. These models are genuinely becoming so powerful that we're past the point where this is just a cool tech toy. Fable 5 can handle software engineering, scientific research, and autonomous tasks at a level that honestly would have been hard to believe even six months ago. ChatGPT Can Now Manage Your Personal Finances

OpenAI just recently rolled out a personal finance feature that lets you connect your bank accounts directly to ChatGPT. It uses Plaid to connect to over 12,000 financial institutions like Chase, Fidelity, Schwab, Robinhood, and Capital One. This is very secure and Plaid is one of the most trusted names in financial data... but I totally get if not everyone is ready to attach their bank accounts to ChatGPT yet. You might not have a choice in a few years though. This might be the next era of financial management. We'll see what happens.

When you start a new chat just type @finances and it'll prompt you to log in your accounts. Once they're set up here are my three favorite prompts:

1. Finding subscriptions to cancel

2. Tracking where your money actually goes

3. Making sure you're not missing bills

They just rolled this out for Pro and Plus users in the US. The subscription finder alone is worth it. I found subscriptions I didn't even know I was paying for.

"Isn't AI Bad for the Environment?"

I came across this funny post on X today.

Imagine if Claude just showed us how much water was being used during our conversations. Which made me realize I get this question a lot... "Isn't AI bad for the environment?" and "How much water does AI actually use?" So I wanted to address this and really explain how this works.

Here's the simple version. AI models run on massive data centers that are basically giant rooms full of computers. Those computers generate a lot of heat and they need to be cooled down constantly or they'll overheat and break. Most data centers use water to cool them, basically giant cooling towers that evaporate water to bring the temperature down. Think of it like how sweat cools your body except it's a building full of servers.

So yes, every time you use ChatGPT or Claude or any AI tool it does use a small amount of water. A single conversation uses roughly the equivalent of a few sips of water. Not a lot on its own. But when you multiply that by hundreds of millions of people using AI every single day it starts to add up.

Here's the thing though... it's honestly not as bad as people make it sound. Your morning shower uses way more water than a full day of prompting AI. Farming and agriculture use thousands of times more water than every data center on the planet combined. And a lot of the bigger companies like Google and Microsoft are actually investing in ways to cool data centers without water at all, like using recycled water or air-based cooling systems.

The part that actually is worth paying attention to is the electricity. Training these massive AI models takes an insane amount of power and most of that power still comes from sources that aren't great for the environment. That's the real conversation people should be having. The water thing gets the headlines but the energy usage is honestly a bigger deal long term.

So should you feel guilty about using AI? No. Not even close. You using ChatGPT to write an email or Claude to help with a project is not the thing that's going to harm the planet. But should the companies building these models be investing in cleaner energy and smarter cooling? Absolutely. And most of them are. It's something to keep an eye on but it's not a reason to stop using AI.

Go set up that humanizer skill in Claude and go try the @finances feature in ChatGPT. Those two things alone are going to save you a lot of time and probably some money too.
