I just connected my entire Meta ad account to Claude and the things it can do are genuinely scary. It pulled trends from my campaigns that I never would have found on my own, created new ads from scratch, and then launched them... all from a single conversation. I'm going to walk you through the exact setup today because this is one of those things where once you see it, you can't go back.
I also finally updated my full AI tool tier list, Codex just dropped on mobile, and I'm going to show you how ChatGPT can now see through your camera. This is a loaded one.

Claude Can Now Run Your Ads for You
Yes, you heard that right. Claude can now literally act as your ad manager. This is possible because Meta just launched something called an MCP, which is basically a way for Claude to connect directly to your Meta ad account. That means Claude can now create ads, manage your campaigns, analyze your performance data, and even launch new ads for you... all from a single conversation. Here's how to set it up.
Step 1: Copy this link:

Step 2: Come over to Claude and go to Customize. Then choose Connectors, hit the plus button, and select Add Custom Connector.
Step 3: Name it "Meta Ads" and paste in that link. Sign in with your Facebook account.
Step 4: That's it. You're connected. Now you can say something like "find trends in my ads this week that I would have never found myself" and Claude is going to pull that data directly from your ad account.
But here's where it gets really crazy. If you combine this with the Higgsfield MCP, you can literally upload your product and then say "create 10 static ads using Higgsfield and then use the images to create a high converting campaign inside my Meta ad account." Higgsfield will put together the ads and then Claude takes those images, uploads them into your ad account, and designs the entire campaign to be as high converting as possible. All from one conversation.

3 Tips to Use ChatGPT Better Than 99% of People
If I could only give three tips for using ChatGPT more efficiently, these are the three things I would say.
1. Add this prompt to your custom instructions. This is the single biggest upgrade you can make to ChatGPT right now. It's called the metacognitive reasoning prompt and it came out of MIT's research on recursive reasoning. Instead of ChatGPT just firing off the first answer it comes up with, this forces it to decompose your problem, rate its own confidence, verify its logic, and only give you an answer once it's actually checked its own work. It reportedly outperforms standard prompting by over 110%. This is what I use in all of my custom instructions and it changes every single response you get. Here's the prompt:

Adopt the role of a Meta-Cognitive Reasoning Expert. For every complex problem:
1. DECOMPOSE: Break into sub-problems
2. SOLVE: Address each with explicit confidence (0.0-1.0)
3. VERIFY: Check logic, facts, completeness, bias
4. COMBINE: Using weighted confidence
5. REFLECT: If confidence <0.8, identify weakness and retry
For simple questions, skip to direct answer.

2. Use ChatGPT's apps. ChatGPT has a full app store now and most people have no idea it exists. You can connect Spotify, Instacart, DoorDash, Canva, Expedia, OpenTable, and a ton more directly inside your conversations. Want to order food, book a flight, make a design, or find concert tickets without leaving ChatGPT? You can. Go to the app store inside ChatGPT and browse what's available... you'll be surprised how much you can do without ever opening another app.
3. Turn on thinking mode. Most people don't even know this exists. When you're working on something complex, turn on the heavy or extended thinking modes. ChatGPT will actually think through the problem step by step before it responds instead of just firing off the first answer. The difference in quality is massive. Use this for anything important... business plans, strategy, analysis, coding. You'll wonder why you ever used it without this on.

Codex Is Now on Your Phone
Codex is OpenAI's coding and automation app. For most people I tell them to think of it as a way more powerful version of ChatGPT because that's really what it is. It has access to better models, a much deeper set of connectors, and it doesn't just chat with you... it actually goes and does things for you. It can build full apps, write documents, research topics, and handle tasks completely on its own while you go do something else.
And now it just launched inside the ChatGPT mobile app. That means you can control your computer from your phone and have it do tasks for you while you're not even at your desk. You're at lunch, at the gym, on a walk... doesn't matter. Fire off a task from your phone and Codex handles it on your Mac in the background.
Here's how to set it up. First, make sure you've updated both the Codex Mac app and the ChatGPT app on your phone to the latest versions. Then open the Codex app on your Mac, go to the new "Codex mobile" section in the interface, and it'll show you a QR code. Scan that QR code with your phone and you're connected. That's it. Now you can fire off tasks from your phone and Codex runs them on your Mac in the background.
Quick note... this is macOS only right now. If you're on Windows, hang tight. And the best part is it's available on all ChatGPT plans, including Free. So there's no excuse not to try it.

👀 MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THIS
ChatGPT Can Now See Through Your Camera
Okay before you panic... this is true, but you do have to turn it on. ChatGPT can't normally see through your camera. But once you flip this on, it can. This feature came out a while ago but I wanted to bring it back up because I still use it all the time and it's honestly one of the coolest things inside of ChatGPT. It lets you essentially FaceTime with ChatGPT so it can see and react to exactly what you're pointing your phone at in real time. Here's what I mean.
Here's how to turn it on. Open ChatGPT on your phone and tap the voice mode button. From there you'll see a little camera icon you can tap, or if you're on the newer version, hit the plus icon and select "Live Video." That's it. You're now broadcasting your camera to ChatGPT in real time.
Here are three of my favorite use cases for this:
1. Instant calorie counting. I pointed my camera at a burger the other day and asked ChatGPT how many calories it had. It broke down the bun, the patty, the toppings, everything... and got it pretty much perfect. No more guessing or searching through apps.
2. Real-time cooking assistant. Someone was making a recipe and wasn't sure if their portions looked right. They pointed their camera at the cutting board and ChatGPT told them they had too much garlic (is there such a thing?) and that their chicken pieces were cut too thick to cook evenly at the temperature they set. It even suggested adjusting the oven temp to compensate.
3. Instant car diagnostics. One guy had a warning light pop up on his dashboard. Instead of pulling out the manual and flipping through 200 pages, he opened ChatGPT, turned on live video, pointed his phone at the dashboard, and ChatGPT told him exactly what the light meant and what to do about it. Took about 10 seconds.
