Happy Wednesday,
Today I'm showing you how to get Claude to pull almost anyone's name, position, and work email, breaking down the brand new Opus 5 model Anthropic dropped on Friday, explaining what Google just did to search and what that actually means for your business, and finishing with a way to turn any home's photos into a full cinematic showcase video (that last one is for all the real estate agents reading this).
Let's get into it.

🔍 THIS IS INSANE
Claude Can Now Find Anyone's Contact Info
Okay, this one genuinely surprised me. I asked Claude to find the contact info of a specific employee at a specific business, and it came back with the person's full name, their exact position, and their work email.
Here's what's going on. There's a connector called Vibe Prospecting that plugs a giant business database straight into Claude. Over 800 million professional profiles and 150 million companies. This is the same kind of data that sales teams and recruiters pay thousands of dollars a year for, and now you can just use it and talk to it directly inside Claude. Here's how to set it up.
Step 1: In Claude, click Customize on the left, then Connectors, then Browse connectors. Search for Vibe Prospecting (it sits under Anthropic & Partners), click it, and hit Add. Sign in to create your free account and approve access. You only do this once.
Step 2: Now just ask for the person you want:
|
Using Vibe Prospecting, find me the [JOB TITLE] at [COMPANY]. Give me their full name, exact title, and verified work email. If more than one person fits, list the most likely few with their department or LinkedIn so I can pick the right one.
|
Claude goes into the database and hands you that exact person, their title, and a verified work email you can actually use. And it doesn't stop at one. You can say "build me a list of every Head of Marketing at software companies in Texas with 50 to 200 employees and export it to a CSV" and it'll go do that too.
And here's the bonus prompt, because if Claude can find other people... it can find you. Run this one in the same chat:
|
Now if any of my information is in these business databases, find where I'm listed and give me the exact steps to opt out and get removed.
|
Claude will find where you're sitting in these databases and hand you the exact steps to get yourself pulled out. Most of these companies are legally required to honor that, so it's usually just a form.
One honest note before you go wild with it. You get free credits when you sign up, and bigger list exports burn through more of them. And use this like a professional, not a spammer. Having a real reason to reach out is the entire difference between a superpower and a wrecked reputation. Go try it and get yourself some leads.

🚨 AI UPDATE
Anthropic Just Dropped Opus 5
Anthropic just dropped their brand new Opus 5 model on Friday, and it's one of the most powerful models ever released to the public, at half the cost of their previous model, Fable 5.
I won't go too deep on the benchmarks, but it performs really well specifically in coding and in actually going off and doing tasks for you with the apps and tools you've got connected. It's currently the default model on the Max plan, so if you're already on it, there's nothing for you to do. Just open Claude and start using it and you'll notice the difference. And if you're on Pro, it's now the strongest model you have access to.
I've been running it all week and here's the thing that actually stood out to me. It catches your mistakes even when you didn't ask it to. I gave it a spreadsheet with a bad number buried in the middle of it and just asked for the takeaways, not a check, and it flagged the bad number anyway. The older models happily built their whole answer on top of the wrong figure and never said a word. That's worth way more to me day to day than any benchmark score. It's not perfect though. It talks a LOT, so ask it something simple and you'll get four paragraphs back, and it's sometimes more confident than it should be, so don't switch your brain off completely. My rule right now is Opus 5 for getting actual work done, and Fable 5 when I want to really think something through.
The bigger thing here is what I keep coming back to lately. Every model launch matters a little less than the one before it. There's a name for it, people call it convergence, and it just means all these companies keep landing in the same place. Right now the three best models on the planet (Claude Opus 5, Claude Fable 5, and OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol) sit within about two points of each other on the main independent intelligence ranking. Two points. Anthropic's newest flagship didn't beat the field, it matched it and cut the price in half. That's not a race anymore, that's a price war, and honestly that's great news for us. It means a year from now the thing that separates these tools won't be how smart they are. It'll be how well they actually fit into your life.

Google Just Replaced Search With AI
So Google reported earnings last Wednesday and their search business is up 17%, the best it's ever had. But actual website clicks are collapsing, because nobody ever scrolls past those AI answers now. So Google went and merged the whole thing into one single search experience. Let me explain what's actually going on.
Google rolled out their AI search, which runs on Gemini's technology and answers your question directly instead of handing you ten more links to go dig through. And the reality is SEO is dying, fast. Say somebody needs a plumber. They're most likely just opening ChatGPT or Claude and asking. And if they do still go to Google, they get that same AI answer anyway. Either way, nobody is looking at a page of ten options anymore.
And this is the part I'd really sit with if you own a business. You used to be able to sit at number four on Google and still get the call. There is no number four anymore. The AI names two or three businesses and that's the entire list. You're either one of those names or you don't exist. And the people who do come through are worth a lot more. Across a big group of business websites, the visitors who landed there from an AI tool converted at 2.1%, which is three times better than the ones who came from Google.
Here's my honest take on all of this. What we're witnessing right now is SEO back in 2003. And if you're a business owner, this is a serious opportunity to grab market share really fast, because almost nobody is doing it yet. Only around 8% of businesses have done anything at all about showing up inside AI.
So here's my recommendation. I use a tool called Cytd AI for this and I'm a huge advocate for it. Their whole job is getting your business recommended when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or Perplexity for a business like yours. Their team handles all of it, you don't really do anything. I've been running it on my own brand and I now come up when people ask AI where to learn AI, which is a genuinely strange thing to watch happen in real time, and I can see it making a real difference in who's finding me.
The first step costs you nothing. Cytd AI will run a free check on your business and hand you a visibility score in about 30 seconds, so you can see exactly where you show up inside AI and where you don't. Find out where you're invisible in 30 seconds, and then go all in with them, because I promise you it's going to be worth it.

Turn Any Home's Photos Into a Cinematic Showcase Video
I know there are a lot of real estate agents who follow this newsletter, so I wanted to throw this one in at the bottom for all of you. And if you're not an agent, stick around, because this works on way more than houses.
You can now take a home's photos, hand them over to AI, and get back a smooth cinematic walkthrough video with real camera motion, transitions, and music. The kind of video agents pay production teams thousands of dollars for. The tool doing the heavy lifting is Higgsfield, an AI image and video tool. You connect it once and then you just ask.
And if you're reading this on Wednesday or Thursday, Higgsfield has actually given you unlimited free generations if you set up this MCP below. So here are the steps.
Step 1: In Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Name it Higgsfield, then paste in https://mcp.higgsfield.ai. Hit connect, sign into your Higgsfield account, approve it, and it's connected.
In ChatGPT it's even easier. Higgsfield is already there as a connector, so you just click Plugins on the left side, search for it, and hit connect. In my opinion using ChatGPT gives you a better result here.
Step 2: Get the photos in. So pick a house on Zillow, copy the listing URL, and paste it in and ask it to pull the photos. Listing sites do block bots sometimes, so if it can't grab them, just save the photos yourself and upload them straight in.
Step 3: Run the prompt that gives it all the instructions for the video:
|
Here are the photos of this home. Using Higgsfield, turn each photo into a smooth, cinematic clip with gentle camera movement (slow pans and push-ins), then stitch them into one showcase video. Make it look like a professional real estate listing: bright natural light, clean color, smooth transitions between rooms, and tasteful upbeat background music. Order it like a walkthrough: start with the exterior, flow room to room, and end on the best feature. About 30 seconds, horizontal 16:9.
|
It animates every photo, adds the motion and the transitions, lays the music in, and hands you back one finished video. Then ask it for a 9:16 vertical cut for Reels and TikTok, or text overlays with the price, beds, baths, and square footage. Same photos, and suddenly you've got a whole content pack instead of a listing nobody clicked on.
Quick heads up, only use photos you actually have the rights to. Your listing, your home, or a property you represent. Listing photos usually belong to the photographer or the brokerage, so don't go grabbing a random gorgeous house and running it as your own marketing.

And looping this back to the section above. If you're an agent and you want to maximize this to the full extent, you should be using Claude for your listings and also using Cytd AI. Because believe it or not, people who are selling their house are literally sitting there asking ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini who the best realtor in their area is before they ever pick up the phone. And whoever comes up in that answer is who they call.
Go try out Opus 5 and let me know what you think. And go connect Vibe Prospecting and pull up that one person you've been wanting to reach out to this week.
See you Sunday.
