Claude can now design anything for you

I'm walking you through Claude's new design feature that can build almost anything you can picture, showing you how to make ChatGPT write so it comes back 0% AI detected, breaking down how much Meta is spending per employee on AI (the number is wild), teaching you how to make full Instagram carousels inside Claude, and giving you my go-to tool for taking notes in every meeting.

Claude Can Now Design Almost Anything

This is the same feature I talked about a few months ago where on the release Figma's stock dropped around 7% in a single day. That's how big of a deal this is. So Anthropic has spent the last few months quietly improving Claude Design, their flagship design tool, and it's honestly in a completely different league now from when it launched.

Stuff that used to take days in After Effects or Photoshop... motion graphics, 3D prototypes, slides, posters, full presentations... Claude can now build in one prompt. What I find really smart about the way Anthropic built it is that it handles the whole thing from idea to finished product. You can import straight from Figma, and when you're done you can export into Canva, PDF, or hand it straight to Claude Code to turn a design into a real working website.

It's honestly worth a look this week if you've got any design ideas floating around. Here's how to try it.

Step 1: Open the Claude desktop app and click Design in the bottom left corner.

Step 2: Just describe what you want in plain English. Something like:

How to Make ChatGPT Write Like a Human

Last week I showed you how to make Claude sound like a human using skills. However ChatGPT works a little differently so here's the exact step-by-step guide on how to humanize your ChatGPT writing.

Step 1: Open ChatGPT and start a new chat. Say:

Meta Is Spending $50K Per Employee on AI

This one is pretty wild. Meta is reportedly spending around $50,000 per employee per year on AI. Not on salaries, on AI usage. And if you're not sure what tokens are, let me explain it really simply. Every time you type something into ChatGPT or Claude or any AI tool, your message gets broken down into tiny pieces called tokens. Think of a token as roughly one word. Every token costs a tiny amount of money. So the more you use AI the more tokens you burn through and the more it costs.

Meta employees burned through 73.7 trillion tokens in a single month. They even had an internal leaderboard called "Claudeonomics" where employees were basically competing to see who could use AI the most. My favorite part... Zuckerberg wasn't even in the top 250. The company was actively encouraging people to push these tools to their limits. Which honestly is pretty cool from a culture standpoint but when the bill starts approaching billions of dollars it makes sense why they're pulling back.

So what does this mean for the companies actually building these models like Anthropic and OpenAI? It means the demand for AI is way higher than anyone expected. When a company like Meta with over 70,000 employees is spending this much on tokens it tells you that AI isn't just a nice-to-have anymore, it's becoming the core tool people use to do their jobs. And as more companies adopt AI at this scale the companies supplying the models are going to have massive pricing power.

Meta is already planning to cap token usage with a centralized monitoring system and formal budgets. So imagine a world where every company gives employees an AI budget the same way they give you a laptop and a software license. That's basically where we're going. AI tokens are becoming a business expense just like electricity or internet. And the companies that figure out how to use them most efficiently are going to have a serious advantage.

Build Instagram Carousels Inside Claude

Most people have no idea Claude can make full Instagram carousels for you without ever touching a design tool. And these aren't rough drafts, they come out fully branded and ready to post.

Step 1: In Claude, click Projects, then Create new project, and name it "Instagram Carousels."

Step 3: Claude builds the whole carousel as an interactive preview you can click through.

Here's the part people love. It doesn't spit out a flat image. It builds it as a design you can download as a PDF or as PNGs, or export straight into Canva if you want to keep editing. You can even just ask Claude to change the design and it redoes it for you. And if you upload your own brand guidelines, every single slide comes out perfectly on brand. People are making a full month of carousels in a few minutes with this.
