Happy Wednesday,
I'm going to show you how you can have ChatGPT (or any AI model) erase your entire digital identity from the internet. That video I posted on this went crazy viral so I'm breaking down the exact prompt chain for you today. I'm also walking you through how to actually set up Claude Cowork the right way because I'm pretty sure most people have tried it but have no idea the true power that it holds... I've got a fun new prompt that builds a full first impression dashboard from a selfie, 10 more ChatGPT cheat codes, and a quick look at something Anthropic just dropped inside Slack that we've all been waiting for.
Let's get into it.

🚨 THIS IS WILD
ChatGPT Can Erase Your Entire Digital Identity
So you may have seen this video on my Instagram or Facebook a couple days ago... it went crazy viral and I can get why. You can now ask ChatGPT to find every single website on the internet that has your personal information, write custom removal requests for each one, submit them for you, and then keep checking back every week until you're completely wiped. And it actually works. It found sites I didn't even know existed that were selling my address and phone number.
Here's the four prompt chain. Run all of these in the same chat:
Prompt 1:
|
Search the internet for everything you can find about me. List every data broker and people search site that's exposing my personal info and give me the exact opt-out link for each one.
|
Prompt 2:
|
Write me the exact removal request to send to each one of those sites.
|
Prompt 3: On the left (only on desktop) hit the plus icon, turn on agent mode, then say:
|
Go to every one of those sites and submit the removal request for me.
|
Prompt 4:
|
Now recheck every site every week and resubmit any request that gets ignored until I'm completely gone.
|
Bonus: If you want this to get done much faster, try running this inside Codex and use @computer to use Codex's computer use. Codex's computer use is significantly better than ChatGPT's native agent mode for stuff like this even though it's the same model... it just saves a ton of time.
Honestly kind of wild that the same AI people use to write emails can also scrub your entire existence off the internet in an afternoon. If this sparks any other interesting use case ideas like this, hit reply and let me know. I'll throw it in the next newsletter.

🔬 AI PRO TIP
How to Actually Set Up Claude Cowork
You've most definitely heard of Claude Cowork by now. It launched a few months ago and if you open up your Claude desktop app you'll see it sitting right there between Chat and Code. You may or may not have tried it yet... but it's honestly probably my favorite AI tool right now. The problem is no one actually understands how to set it up properly. And if you're a complete beginner you're going to be totally lost because it operates completely differently from how Claude Chat works. It's actually built behind Claude Code which sounds intimidating but I promise it's not.
Here's the thing most people don't realize. Cowork runs inside a file on your computer that you pick and it takes all the information from that file. So if the file is empty or you give it a huge folder with no structure, it's not gonna know where to go or what to do or really anything. It also doesn't pick up memory the same way Claude Chat does. There's no built-in memory. It only remembers what it's seeing in the files. What you need to do is create specific files like a claude.md file which is basically an instructions file and a memory.md file that tells it exactly who you are, how you work, and what to remember. I know this stuff might sound complicated but it's actually genuinely very simple once you use it and getting it set up will literally change your life.
And once you pair this up with Claude's connectors and connect the tools you use every single day... it basically becomes a full-time employee and assistant for you and your business. I use it as a full operating system for my entire brand at this point. It knows everything about me, stays up to date on all the different projects I'm working on, and I can just talk to it like a teammate that never drops context. I put together a really comprehensive guide on exactly how to set this up from scratch and I think it's going to help a lot of you.

🧹 PROMPT OF THE WEEK
ChatGPT Can Build a Full First Impression Dashboard From a Selfie
I've been getting a ton of feedback on the prompts I've been throwing into these newsletters so I'm going to try to do one per week. Here's another fun one that involves uploading a selfie. This one has ChatGPT analyze how you visually come across at first glance and build you a full first impression dashboard. It breaks down your expression, eyes, posture, grooming, clothing, and overall presence into archetypes, personality vibes, MBTI guesses, and even what people naturally assume about you. It's honestly wild how accurate it is.
Step 1: Take a front-facing selfie in good lighting.
Step 2: Upload it into ChatGPT and paste in this prompt:
|
Create a clean, high-end AI First Impression Dashboard based on my uploaded photo. Analyze how I visually come across at first glance using expression, eyes, posture, grooming, hairstyle, clothing, lighting, camera angle, background, and overall presence. Design the output as a refined editorial-style visual report with a mostly black-and-white layout, soft neutral accents, thin linework, rounded cards, modern typography, and generous spacing. Use my photo as the main image on the left with a subtle dark gradient caption area that summarizes my first impression in 3 words. On the right, include a "Top 3 Archetypes" card with confidence percentages, a "First Impression Highlights" card with simple icons and traits, a "Personality Vibe" section with short labeled tags, a playful "MBTI Impression" ranking with 3 possible types and percentage bars, a "What People Naturally Assume" section with 4 quick assumptions, and a "Photo Tips to Level Up" section with simple practical tips for lighting, expression, angle, outfit, grooming, and background. Keep the design premium, minimal, easy to read, and lightly colorful without feeling childish.

Step 3: ChatGPT builds you a full first impression dashboard with archetypes, personality vibes, MBTI guesses, what people assume about you, and tips to level up your photos. Go try it and see how accurate it is.
🧠 CHEAT CODES
10 More Secret Codes for ChatGPT
Here are some more ChatGPT cheat codes. Just type these at the start or end of any prompt and ChatGPT completely changes how it responds. I also put together a full list of 100 new codes that are different from all the other ones I've done before. Link at the bottom.
1. STEELMAN - Argues the strongest possible version of your idea instead of poking holes in it.
2. /assumptions - Lists every hidden assumption its answer is secretly built on.
3. RANK - Rates every option against each other and tells you the single best one.
4. /checklist - Turns any answer into a step-by-step checklist you can actually follow.
5. FORECAST - Maps out the three most likely outcomes so you can see the future before you choose.
6. /risk - Surfaces every single way this could go wrong before you commit.
7. /concise - Strips the answer down to the shortest possible version with zero filler.
8. /gaps - Tells you all the important things you forgot to ask but absolutely should have.
9. DEVILSADVOCATE - Takes the opposing side of what you just said and pokes holes in it.
10. /summarize - Compresses any long answer or document into just the key points.

📰 BREAKING THIS WEEK
Claude Just Launched Inside Slack
Anthropic just dropped something we've all been waiting for. It's called Claude Tag and it's basically Claude living inside your Slack workspace as a permanent team member. If you use Slack you can now add Claude as an app into your entire workspace and just tag @Claude in any channel. It doesn't just answer questions though... it actually executes tools within the chat and responds right there in the thread. It remembers your team's context over time so you're not re-explaining your projects every conversation.
It's also got an ambient mode where it can proactively monitor channels and surface things like summaries, reminders, or context from other parts of the organization without even being tagged. It's currently on Claude Team and Enterprise plans so this is more for businesses, but if your company is using Slack and Claude this is going to be a big deal.

Quick update. I'm going to be getting started on my YouTube channel within the next few weeks. It's going to be my Instagram videos broken down into longer sections with more in-depth tutorial explanations so you can actually follow along step by step. It would honestly mean a lot if you could go follow the channel so you're there when the first videos start dropping. Lots of exciting stuff coming up and I'll keep everyone on this newsletter updated as things roll out.
Go try those cheat codes in ChatGPT right now and go set up your Cowork. Those two things alone are going to change how you use AI this week.
See you Sunday.
