Happy Sunday,
Today I'm setting you up with the free Claude plugin that runs the whole back office of your business off one-line commands, then showing you how ChatGPT and Higgsfield together will build you a finished marketing campaign out of one photo, and finishing with the new Apple Intelligence, which is a lot better than you'd expect and is already on your phone if you want it today.
Let's get into it.

🧠 DO THIS TODAY
Claude Just Dropped a Free Small Business Plugin
Claude just dropped one of the coolest plugins they've done, and if you're a small business owner, or honestly just anyone who ends up doing the sort of jobs a small business owner does, you need to install this right now. It's called Claude for Small Businesses, it is completely free, and it is basically a back office in a box. All the jobs you keep pushing to next week, sitting there as one-line commands.
There are over thirty of them, and they plug into QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot and the rest, so you are not learning a new system, you are pointing Claude at the one you already have. Setup is about a minute.
Step 1: Open Claude and choose Cowork.
Step 2: On the left, hit Customize, then Plugins, then Browse.
Step 3: Search small business and click Install plugin.
Step 4: Start a new chat, type a slash, then small business. The whole list comes up.
That list is the actual point of this, so here is a proper look at what is in there:
|
A few of the thirty
/invoice-chase pulls every unpaid invoice and writes the follow-up for each client
/close-month reconciles your books against your payment processors, writes the P&L in plain English
/review-contract reads a contract, flags the risks by severity, hands back a marked-up version
/call-list ranks the five leads worth calling today and gives you the talking points
/price-check your margin per product, and what a price change would actually do to it
/tax-prep your quarterly numbers and contractor list, packaged for your accountant
/monday-brief one page every Monday: cash, sales, pipeline, your top three jobs
|
And it covers the whole year, not just the busy bits. There's one that forecasts whether you'll make payroll, one that flags which customers are quietly unhappy, one that writes the job post and interview questions when you're hiring. Read the list once, because half the value is finding out a job you've done by hand for years is one command.
Here's the part I want you to know. The plugin is free, but it is only as good as what you connect to it. Point it at QuickBooks or PayPal and it works on your real numbers. Connect nothing and most of these will ask you to upload a spreadsheet instead, which still works, it is just more effort. Spend ten minutes connecting your accounting tool first.
One more, because it matters. The tax command writes up your quarterly numbers and contractor list as a packet to hand your accountant. It is not tax advice or a replacement for one, it just means you turn up with everything in order instead of a shoebox.
If you only run one, make it /invoice-chase, my favourite in the whole plugin. It pulls every invoice nobody has paid and writes a follow-up for each client, and it writes them differently depending on who they are, so a good customer who is a week late gets a gentle nudge and the one who is always late gets something firmer. Ready to send, and you have not typed a word.

ChatGPT Can Now Run Your Entire Marketing
Higgsfield is now an official plugin inside ChatGPT, and this is a big moment, because it can now be your entire marketing team. Product shots, graphic designs, static ads, video commercials and UGC, all generated directly inside ChatGPT. And if you sell anything, the part that matters is that these come back finished. Not ideas, not mood boards, not a brief telling you what you should go and make. The actual assets, ready to put up.
And here's why this is so powerful. ChatGPT writes the prompts for you. The gap between a mediocre AI image and one you would genuinely run as an ad is almost entirely down to the prompt, and most people have no idea what to write. Now you just describe what you want in normal words, ChatGPT does the hard part before it ever reaches Higgsfield, and what comes back is stuff you can actually use.
Step 1: Open ChatGPT and choose Plugins on the left.
Step 2: Search for Higgsfield and hit Add.
Step 3: Sign into Higgsfield to authorise it. No API key, nothing technical. That is the whole setup.
Then upload a photo of whatever you sell and start here:
|
Using Higgsfield, build me a full marketing campaign for this product. I want product shots, a few graphic designs, and a couple of video commercials I could actually put up today. Match everything to the same look so it feels like one brand.
|
Once the campaign is sitting there, these are the three I keep going back to:
1. The UGC one. "Now turn these into UGC ads I could actually run on Meta." Real looking people holding your product and talking about it, and you never filmed anything, booked anybody, or paid a creator.
2. The one that makes it a brand. "Use the same character in every single asset so it looks like one campaign." You can lock in a face and reuse them across everything, so it stops looking like a pile of random AI images and starts looking like a company.
3. The lazy one. "Take the best one of these and give me nine more versions of it." Same idea, nine angles, and you let the algorithm tell you which one it likes instead of guessing.
And you've got the whole model list in there. Seedance 2.5, Kling 3, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2 and Soul 2.0. You genuinely do not need to know which one to pick though, just ask ChatGPT, because it knows which models are best for the different things you're generating.
One thing worth knowing. Generations through the plugin run on Higgsfield credits, and a video is a couple of hundred of them, so be a bit careful with it. Although I'm also not going to be the one who stops you going completely mad with it on a Sunday afternoon.

🚨 AI UPDATE
The New Apple Intelligence Is Live Right Now If You Want It
It is not exactly news that Apple has been behind on AI. Siri has been falling short of ChatGPT and Claude for years, to the point where most people only use it for timers. In June they came back with the answer: a whole set of AI features built through the phone, with a rebuilt Siri in the middle of them. Photos, Safari, your passwords, your calls. Siri is the headline, not the whole release.
Worth knowing what's actually running it. Apple did not build the brain themselves, they rented Google's. Google built them a custom 1.2 trillion parameter Gemini model, reportedly for around a billion dollars a year, running on Apple's own servers rather than Google's. You will never see the word Gemini on your phone. It comes out as Siri.
And that is exactly why I keep saying this. I think Apple ends up with the best AI product a few years from now, and not because their model is better. It won't be, and they've stopped pretending otherwise by licensing somebody else's. The model is the part you can buy. What you cannot buy is that people already trust Apple with everything. Your messages, your photos, your health records, your card. Nobody hands all of that to a chatbot they downloaded last Tuesday, but it's already sitting on the phone in your pocket. So once this works properly you don't open an app to ask a question, it's just there, and it already knows your calendar and your inbox and who your sister is. That is a second brain in your pocket, and everyone else is building one from the outside in.
And you do not have to wait. The iOS 27 public beta is out now and all of this is in it, so you can have it today. It's free, you sign up at Apple's beta site and update like normal, or sit tight and it lands properly in about a month. Back your phone up first. It's English only for now, and in the EU it reaches your Mac before your iPhone.
Here are the three worth caring about:
1. Siri finally knows things about you. It searches your own messages, emails and photos, so you can ask what that restaurant your friend recommended was called and it'll find the text they sent you in March. It can also see what's on your screen and answer questions about it without you explaining what it is. That is the difference between an assistant and a search box.
2. You can move the camera after you've taken the photo. This one is ridiculous. Photos can reframe a shot you already took, shifting the angle as if you'd stood somewhere slightly different, and it fills in what was never in the frame. It'll also extend the edges instead of cropping, so you can turn a portrait into a landscape without losing half of it.
3. Call Context, and this is my favourite. When you're on the phone to a company it pulls what you need out of your email mid-call. Confirmation codes, booking references, reservation numbers. You've been on hold twenty five minutes, they ask for the reference, and it's in an email from March. Normally you put them on speaker and start frantically digging. Now it's just there.
There's a lot riding along behind those. Your phone will now go and change your weak and leaked passwords for you, not tell you to, actually go to the sites and reset them. Safari will watch a page and tell you when something restocks or drops in price. And your home cameras write you a sentence instead of making you watch the clip.

Install the plugin today and just read the list once. It takes about a minute, and I'd put money on you finding at least two jobs on there you've been doing by hand for years.
See you Wednesday.
