Today I'm showing you how to get ChatGPT to interview you and turn your own life experience into something that actually makes money, then walking through the new plugin that lets ChatGPT read and reply to your text messages, then the MIT study that found the vaguer AI sounds the more people believe it, and finishing with the prompt chain I use to build my own content strategist inside Claude.

You've lived a whole life that nobody else has lived, and somewhere in it there's a thing you know a stupid amount about. Because you did it for years, or you had to deal with it, or you solved the same annoying problem for yourself so many times that you stopped noticing you were doing it. That's the bit that's worth a little bit of money.
So I had ChatGPT interview me about mine, and it came back with one clear app idea, then built the whole thing and put it live on the internet in the same conversation. No code, no developer, no waiting on anyone. And you can quietly start making a serious side income doing this, starting today.
Step 1: Open ChatGPT, choose Work at the top, and paste this in.

Interview me about my hobbies, my ideas, and the daily problems I deal with. Keep going until you actually understand me. Then find one profitable app idea I could genuinely sell, based on something I already know or already do. Then build me the full plan for it: exactly how it works, what it does for the person using it, and how the back end runs.

Pro tip: turn on voice dictation and just talk your answers out instead of typing them. You'll say far more than you'd ever be bothered to type, and this whole thing lives or dies on how much you give it here. I use WisprFlow for it.
Step 2: Now the part that still gets me. Paste this in next, exactly as it is.

It builds the thing in front of you and publishes it to a real web address you can send to someone. And ChatGPT is a genuinely brilliant marketer, so don't stop at the build. Keep it going and it'll hand you the ways to charge for it and the places to go and find the people who'd pay.

ChatGPT + Apple Messages
You can now connect ChatGPT straight into your Apple Messages, and honestly this might be one of the coolest plugins I've ever seen.
ChatGPT can go into your actual text messages and search them, sort them, draft replies, delete things, and send messages as you. The obvious uses are the boring good ones. Clearing out the spam, finding the address somebody texted you eight months ago that you've been scrolling for, catching up on a group chat that hit two hundred messages while you were asleep.
Here's the quick setup, and it takes about thirty seconds on your Mac.
Step 1: Head over to ChatGPT and open the desktop app.
Step 2: On the left, choose Plugins, then search for Apple Messages.
Step 3: Click install. That's it, it's officially set up.
But the one I think is actually the coolest is asking it for the bigger picture of who you talk to. I saw someone have it rank every single person they'd ever texted by how many messages they'd exchanged, so I ran it on mine. The person at the top I've sent 37,000 messages to.
This is Mac only currently. You set it up inside the ChatGPT desktop app on Apple Silicon Macs, and not on your iPhone. If that's not you then it isn't available yet, and I'd expect the phone version pretty soon. The good news is that it works on every single plan, free included.
On the privacy side it's actually much better than everyone expected. It runs locally on your Mac, it doesn't build an index of your messages, and nothing goes to OpenAI's servers unless you save the chat yourself. It does need full disk access, which is worth knowing before you start. And leave the approval setting alone, the one that checks with you before anything sends. That screen is the only thing between you and an AI texting your boss something you'd have to explain in person.

🚨 THIS ONE STUCK WITH ME
The Vaguer AI Sounds, the More People Believe It
MIT put out a study in Nature Medicine a few weeks ago that I have not been able to stop thinking about. They had doctors and ordinary people both try to diagnose skin conditions, with an AI helping, and then they made the AI wrong on purpose some of the time to see what would happen.
The ordinary people got more accurate overall. But not because they got better at it. They just did whatever the AI told them, including every time it was wrong. And here's the part that actually got me. The vaguer the AI's explanation was, the more convincing people found it. The less it actually said, the more they believed it.
The doctors did the opposite. They spotted it when the AI was wrong, and they scored best of all when the AI gave them no explanation at all, just the answer. One of the researchers put it perfectly: the same explanation can help an expert and mislead a beginner.
There's one more finding, and it's a useful one. If people saw the AI's answer before forming their own view, they deferred to it far more. So the fix is embarrassingly simple. Make your own guess first, then ask. Even a rough one, even a wrong one. Having a view of your own before you read its answer is apparently most of what protects you.
I think this explains something a lot of people feel and can't name. AI is not convincing because it's right. It's convincing because it sounds like it has reasoned its way there, and confident vagueness turns out to be more persuasive than actual detail. Worth remembering the next time it explains something to you in a way that just sounds correct.

Then go and look at my own recent videos, break down my voice, my pacing and my best hooks, and tell me exactly what my winners have in common that my flops don't. My niche is [YOUR NICHE] and my channels are [YOUR LINKS].

Anyone can tell you what's working out there. Almost nobody can tell you what's working about you, and that's the thing you can actually repeat on purpose.
Step 2: Now stay in the same chat and paste this in exactly as it is.

/skill-creator Take everything you just learned about me and build me a skill that writes content in my exact voice, so everything sounds like me and never like AI. Then use it to write me 30 days of scripts, with a posting schedule built around when my audience is actually online.

That second one is the one to pay attention to. It builds you a full skill trained on your own voice, and you can download it and keep it. It sits in Claude permanently from then on, so every script that comes out of it sounds like you wrote it, every single time, without you ever having to explain yourself again.
Step 3: And this is the one I would run before you film anything.

Here are 10 ideas I am thinking about making. Using everything you now know about my niche and about what works in my videos specifically, rank them from most to least likely to perform and tell me exactly why for each one. Then take the top three and write me five different hooks for each, and tell me which single hook you would bet on and what makes it stronger than the others. Be blunt about the ones you think will flop and tell me what is actually wrong with them. Here are my ideas: [LIST THEM].

The expensive mistake in content isn't a bad video, it's a bad idea you spent a whole day filming. Now it can tell you which of your ten ideas is the weak one, and why, before you've picked the camera up.
