Happy Sunday everyone,
This newsletter has officially been going for two months now, and the fact that 130,000 of you are reading this twice a week is something I still can't wrap my head around. For those of you who reply to these emails sharing prompts, use cases, and ways you're using AI in your day-to-day... I read all of them and try to reply to as many as I can. You guys genuinely inspire me to keep making these and bringing as much value as I can. And if you know anyone who'd enjoy this read, feel free to share it with them. Always happy to have more people along for the ride.
Now let's get into it. It's a heavy Claude week this week. Every week someone's pushing a ton of updates, and this time it was Anthropic. They tripled Claude Code's rate limits, launched a full Microsoft 365 integration, and their revenue just passed OpenAI's for the first time. A lot happened.
Let's get straight into it.

💪 THIS IS WILD
Claude Just Killed Personal Trainers
Claude just launched a way for you to directly connect your Apple Health (still in beta) and your Google Calendar. This combo together can build you personalized daily workout plans based on your actual health data. It tracks your steps, sleep, heart rate, calories burned, workout history... all of it. This isn't some generic "push-ups and squats" plan from Pinterest. This is a real fitness coach that adjusts to your body every single day.
Here's how to set it up:
Step 1: Open Claude and go to Projects. Create a new project and title it "Fitness Coach."
Step 2: Click on Instructions, hit the plus, and paste in the master prompt. This is the prompt that tells Claude exactly how to act as your personal trainer, from workout preferences to how it should adjust based on your data.
Step 3: Open the Claude app on your iPhone. Go to Settings, then Permissions, and make sure both Health and Calendar are set to Read. This is what lets Claude actually see your health data and add workouts to your calendar.
Step 4: Go back to that project and start asking questions. Claude is going to pull from your real health data and build you a full workout plan. It'll even slot the workouts directly into your calendar.
The craziest part is that it actually adjusts based on the data. If you only slept four hours, it's going to swap your heavy lifting day with an active recovery day and update your calendar automatically. If your heart rate has been elevated all week, it'll dial things back. That's the kind of thing you pay a personal trainer $200 a month for. This is free.

3 of the Craziest Use Cases for ChatGPT's Image Generator
People keep finding new ways to use ChatGPT's image generator that have nothing to do with making pretty pictures. These are practical, useful things that would normally take hours or cost you money. Here are three of my favorites right now.
1. Hairstyle infographic. Take a photo of yourself and upload it into ChatGPT with this prompt. It's going to generate a full infographic showing different hairstyles on your face and which ones actually suit you best. If you've been wanting to switch things up but don't want to commit to something that looks terrible... try this first.

2. LinkedIn profile audit. Screenshot your LinkedIn profile, upload it into ChatGPT with this prompt, and it's going to give you a side-by-side comparison showing exactly what needs to change. Your headline, your about section, your banner... everything. If you're job hunting or trying to build your personal brand, this one is a must.

3. Work setup audit. Take a photo of your desk or wherever you work and upload it with this prompt. ChatGPT will give you a full audit telling you exactly what to remove, what to add, and how to make your workspace way cleaner. I tried this on my own setup and it actually caught a bunch of things I didn't think about.

The image model keeps getting better every week and people are finding new use cases for it daily. If you haven't tried any of these yet, start with the hairstyle one... it's the most fun. Shoutout to Allie Miller for these prompts.

🎨 GAME CHANGER
How to Get Every Gen AI Model Inside Claude
For all of you who've switched over to Claude but still find yourself going back to ChatGPT every time you need to generate an image... this one's for you. You can now connect Higgsfield directly into Claude using their MCP server, and it gives you access to every gen AI model... image, video, audio... right inside Claude. No more app switching.
Quick explanation for anyone who doesn't know what an MCP server is. Think of it like a plugin. It's basically a way for Claude to connect to other tools and services directly. Instead of you going to a separate website to generate an image, Claude can just talk to that tool for you. That's all it is.
And this is a lot less confusing than setting up a skill. You don't need Claude Code. You don't need any API keys. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Copy this link:

Step 2: Open Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors, hit the plus button, and click "Add Custom Connector."
Step 3: Type in "Higgsfield" as the name and paste in that link you copied. That's it. Higgsfield is now connected straight to your Claude.
Once it's connected, you can literally ask Claude to do anything visual. I uploaded a product photo and told Claude to create 50 UGC style ads and it just... did it. Connected to Higgsfield, generated everything, and gave me all the results. Instagram carousels, brand kits, meta ads, product shots, even full video ads. You can ask it which models are available and it'll show you everything. This duo is honestly unstoppable for anyone doing marketing or content creation.

💻 NEW DROP
Claude Now Works Inside Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Anthropic officially launched a direct integration with Microsoft 365. That means you can now use Claude inside Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook without leaving the app. It's not a copy-paste workflow... Claude is literally sitting in a sidebar right next to your spreadsheet while you work.
In Excel, it can read your data, understand your formulas, and make changes across multiple tabs. In Word, edits show up as tracked changes so you can accept or reject them. In PowerPoint, it uses your actual slide master so everything matches your design. This is super powerful for anyone or any business that runs on Microsoft 365.
It's included with any paid Claude plan. Just install the add-in and follow the instructions on the site below.

🚀 FOR THE CODERS
OpenAI Just Fired Back at Anthropic
For all my coders who read this newsletter (there might not be a ton of you, but this is important for anyone to know)... remember about two months ago when Claude launched that import memory feature? You could paste a single prompt into ChatGPT, it would dump everything ChatGPT knew about you, and then you'd paste it into Claude. The whole #QuitGPT thing went viral. Hundreds of thousands of people switched over.
Well, OpenAI just fired back. They launched an official migration path that lets developers transfer all of their data from coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor straight into Codex. It moves your instructions, your custom skills, your automation workflows, and your project-specific rules. I've been using Codex to test out some coding stuff recently and I've been really liking it. Claude's usage limits can get pretty rough sometimes, and Codex is much more generous. With GPT-5.5 running under the hood, it's been really solid.
That said... Anthropic just tripled Claude Code's rate limits this week after striking a massive deal with SpaceX. Basically, Anthropic partnered with SpaceX's Colossus 1 data center, which has over 220,000 Nvidia GPUs and 300 megawatts of power dedicated to AI. For context, a normal data center runs on maybe 20-30 megawatts. This thing is on another level. So if you've ever been cut off mid-session on Claude Code, that should be getting a lot better now. Competition is good for all of us.

💡 REAL TALK
3 Things You Can Do Today to Get Ahead of 99% of AI Users
I know I talk about a lot of stuff in these newsletters, and it's hard to keep up with everything. So here are the three simplest things you can do right now to get ahead of the vast majority of people using AI. None of these take more than two minutes.
1. Use the best model and turn on thinking mode. If you're on ChatGPT, make sure you're using GPT-5.5. If you're on Claude, switch to Opus 4.7. Most people are still on the default model. Then turn on thinking mode for anything important... writing, problem solving, analyzing data. For quick stuff you can use the faster models, but for anything that matters, thinking mode makes a huge difference. This alone puts you ahead of 90% of people using AI.
2. Give AI context about you before asking it to do anything. Go to your settings, find custom instructions or memory, and tell it who you are. Your job, your industry, your writing style, what you use AI for. You only have to do this once and it works forever. The difference in quality is night and day.
3. Stop asking one question at a time. These models are built for back-and-forth conversations. Ask a follow-up. Say "make it shorter." Say "now do that but for my industry." Your fifth response from AI is almost always better than your first. Treat it like a brainstorm with a smart coworker, not a Google search.
That's it. Three things. None of them cost anything. Go do them right now.
Go try the fitness coach setup... it takes 30 seconds and it's one of the coolest things I've built so far.
See you Wednesday.
